4 pints down and 5 gallons in the secondary. Brewed another batch this afternoon to toss on the yeast cake. I'm buzzed and have 10 more gallons of beer. Life is good.

Lucky bastard...I'm still waiting for my first AG batch to mature... I've downed too many nice local brews allreaedy (6-9 hrs ahead of US...) but it's a good thing I have two crates (48) Sierra Nevada Celabration Ale in the cooler...I like!

Life is great, I've got 15 gallons on tap and another 5 chillin in the carboy dropping yeasties to the bottom before I keg it. It's about time to pour up another glass. Hmmm which tap should I open this time?
