Ahhh

4 pints down and 5 gallons in the secondary. Brewed another batch this afternoon to toss on the yeast cake. I'm buzzed and have 10 more gallons of beer. Life is good. :)

Lucky bastard...I'm still waiting for my first AG batch to mature... I've downed too many nice local brews allreaedy (6-9 hrs ahead of US...) but it's a good thing I have two crates (48) Sierra Nevada Celabration Ale in the cooler...I like!

Life is great, I've got 15 gallons on tap and another 5 chillin in the carboy dropping yeasties to the bottom before I keg it. It's about time to pour up another glass. Hmmm which tap should I open this time?:mug:
