Was it "2009" or actually 2009?
Actually bottled in 2009...January 2009 if I remember correctly

I certainly would like to try a bottle. I ordered some batch 18 a few weeks ago. I haven't had any a&g's yet.Not sure if you got any but I remember you were looking for some Batch 21 A&Gs. I have 6 coming in if you want some.

21 is the honey. 18 is what is on etre currentlyActually, mine might be 18s. Whatever one has the honey. But either way, I have a few "normal" A&Gs. I'll bring one the next time we go to Mark's.

AFAIK only ones that have something especially unique about them have unique notesSo are there 21 batches of A&G that have been released? And do they all have a unique note about the blend?
The #21 is for all blends of the year, not just A&G. I think 22 and 23 went into magnums and 14, 15 & 16 are just regular OG for example. So are there 21 batches of A&G that have been released? And do they all have a unique note about the blend?
oh man, so if you wanna get all pokemon with it you'd have to track down 20+ bottles every year? i'm sure they will all vary wildly with some age on them too. i need to start taking notes on which bottles i liked the most. i know had an old label dated january 2017 that was phenomenal for being young. The #21 is for all blends of the year, not just A&G. Label said L1.97 so I'm assuming it was bottled in 1997. Was a bit acidic, and you could definitely notice the age, had that "old lambic" musty thing going on, but it wasn't overpowering. Neat experience.
Who the hell brings vintage lambic to a neighborhood potluck? Did SeaWatchman move nearby? Was not expecting to run into one of these at a neighborhood potluck tonight:

I actually took a 1978 Cantillon Gueuze to the first tasting I ever went to after mining to Montana. It's like going to prison and knocking the biggest dude there out on your first day.
The type of guy who was going to Toronado when it opened.Who the hell brings vintage lambic to a neighborhood potluck? Did SeaWatchman move nearby?
Dang. I hope you made friends with him!The type of guy who was going to Toronado when it opened.
Have people in Montana heard of Cantillon? (not trying to dish on Montana folks, just curious)I actually took a 1978 Cantillon Gueuze to the first tasting I ever went to after moving to Montana. It's like going to prison and knocking the biggest dude there out on your first day.
