Dates are my best guess...

14/3/15 3F OG had minimal pop and poured nearly still, but it had some sparkle to the mouthfeel and tasted very deep and mature for only 2 years old.

11/2016 Calvados Black Label had a really background spirit character in addition to really young tasting Black Label compared to the b1s. Looking forward to this in the future.

11/2016 blend 7 or 8 A&G also tasted very young and didn't stand out after the previous two bottles and while eating sushi.

'05 label '07 cork GCB was still, had nearly no aroma, and taste when swishing evolved nicely with waves of old flavors. Very clean in mouthfeel. The yeast stayed in the bottle for our pours, I wonder how a yeasty pour would have differed. Carb would have been cool, but this was a really nice experience anyhow.

Stout, barrels, coffee flavs
