Unfortunately still waiting for my Cantillon box (fou + Nath) to update from “processed through facility” in Brussels to being anywhere else. The idea that these beers are sitting in a freezing warehouse at the airport waiting to ship has me so anxious :(

Anyone else still in the same boat? Been stuck there for about 9 days now.

About four pages back or so

Sorta. They were discussing the “retained at customs” notification which is typical once the box hits customs. As far as I know my box is still waiting to be shipped from the bpost warehouse at brussels airport.

Hard being patient when the weather is getting so cold :/

Nice. I had one that I know was from 1985 and they had switched to a more square label by that point so I'd say 70s into early 80s is a good estimate.

The one thing I noticed different on my label was the text "SERVIR FRAIS FRIS OPDIENEN". All the other pictures that were very similar were all lacking it.

The cork as well, text says "Gueuze Belle Vue"

Is there a Cantillon logo on the botte cap of Nath ? My bottle hasn't & just wondering if it's a one-off mistake ?

Out of curiously, has anyone spotted Pinot Tilquin in the states? Pierre stated that ~850 bottles were shipped out to the states in October, and recent distribution locally has dropped quite a bit of Mûre and Gueuze, but I have yet to see Pinot anywhere stateside. Has anyone?

How is the bottled Nath? Haven't cracked mine open yet. Wasn't a huge fan of the kegged Nath on Zwanze day, didn't get much rhubarb from it and I love rhubarb. It was kind of indistinguishable from the classic gueuze except for having a slighly more amber tint.

Still needs time. Quite a lot of rhubarb as of a month ago, but butyric acid is obvious. Zwanze '12 it is not, if it will ever be, due to the fresh rhubarb.

I got a good amount of rhubarb when I had a bottle a few months ago. I found it to be rather soft and overall a pretty young tasting fruited lambic, but its just as advertised. As I have posted before it smells awful, so hoping some time rounds it out a bit. I think with some more funk this batch of Nath can be something really special. Only time will tell.
