I get why you post those types of sites up, because someone will pay that insane amount, but I wish people didn't popularize these secondary sites. They **** up the scene and make it harder for people to get the beer in a fair way to all parties involved.

I'm pretty sure the line at open beer days wouldn't have been so insane without these types of sites sending in their paid army of mules.

His prices have significantly jumped in the past year. Really nice guy like you said, but his prices keep me from ordering again.
I bought a few A&G b1 for very reasonable prices last year. Surprised how rapey the new A&G prices have become

Exactly, considering its not a one off or anything like that. I wonder what the current ratio and future ratio of OG to A&G will be. Honestly I've preferred the OG I've been drinking lately to the A&G, but then again the OG I've been drinking is a little older.

Speaking of Belgian Beer Barn, did Werner drop the hammer on them as well?

Seems that way. They announced that they will no longer carry 3F beers after this year. Im curious how far that'll go seeing as they may be able to stop the owner but likely cant stop the paid help.

Regardless I applaud their efforts to curb the shitlord behavior.

that was Lambicworld (trappistworld) wasn't it? I haven't seen an announcement from BBB about that.

Is it worth it though? Haven't tried it because those ******* Danes make it 3 times the price of Girardin like wtf

And go....

That 2 year "gueuze"!

Put aside for a minute the questions of whether or not an American beer should be called a gueuze, how long it's aged for, etc.

American breweries that do these beers sure do love to just haphazardly throw together words to create really silly terms, don't they? From what I gather the name of the beer is "Gueuze", and the style description is "Belgian-Style Lambic". So the name is a style of beer, and the style is something that is at best fairly stupid and somewhat redundant. Reminds me of a certain North Carolina brewery who brought a beer to a festival that they termed a "gueuze-style lambic", as if that makes any sense.
