These new labels really get our dicks hard

That OG didn't last very long, either. Has to be because of the new bottles, right?

Is the Hommage ABV listed on Etre's site correct? Just noticed it says 4.5%. If true, that's a good bit lower than past bottlings. It's usually 6%.

It was 4.5% when released as that's when it's measured, so this is bottling + 6 months or so. It should continue to trend upwards toward 6% over time (per 3F).

How is the Timmermans stuff? I found at a place today for cheap, 2.99 for 750s of the framboise and 1.99 for 375s of the Oude Kriek. I meant to just pick some up at that price but forgot, so the question now is it worth driving back there? They also had bottles of Stickee Monkee that I meant to get.

Some new De Cam up on Etre...is the Tros Bessen or Wilde Bosbessen worth picking up?

After having a phenominal experience with their nectarine bottling, it sure has revived my interest in them since the days of old bottlings of geuze/lambic that were pre lol everything is 09 label.

I have been sitting here staring at the product page trying to talk myself into buying 1 of each but at ~41 euro for 2 bottles im dragging my feet. I doubt 2 de cams are gonna bring me as much joy as 6 bottles of Fantome for the same price.

speaking of nectarine de cam, it's not listed on lambic.info.ca

I'm sad ppl are saying GB 11 is going flat... my last was flat and I have 10 or so left. I was hoping it was a one off.

Ah well, my gf is away this weekend so I guess I'm gonna just dome 10 bottles of old gueuze.
I could be completely wrong but I've chalked up my few flat 11's (had one well over a year ago and several carbed ones since) to them never carbing in the first place à la golden doesjel. I'll have to open a few soon and report back. #ForScience of course.

That seems more likely to me than that much carbonation leaking out through what seem to be standard 3F corks. I can't recall those having issues on this timescale before, although I suppose 6 years is a pretty long time...

My only flat GB 11 out about 8, I could tell it would be flat. It showed sign of leakage from the cork as Stu said.
