Anyone know how much 3F Golden Blend was bottled or what is typical based on previous bottlings?

Does anyone know how bottle dating for Vicaris Tripel/Gueuze works? Have a bottle that says "31/03/18" which is clearly a best by not a bottled on date, how far out from bottling is the best by?

Same question for Timmermans Blanche Lambicus--and also, does anyone know if this beer is pasteurized? Meaning is there any point in cellaring one?

Apologies since this is only sort of a lambic question...

EDIT: actually have the same question for Cuvee de Ranke.

Sounds like someone bought the same Ohrwal pack I did, there is no other godly way you could have ended up with those 3 beers. Just drink them as I did, they were all interesting in their own way but enjoyable.

Ha yes someone did...I've had these beers before though and actually really like that whole style of blended beer so am happy to have them. I'm just wondering about dates and pasteurization to know whether it's worth trying them with age or just drinking whenever.

Opened a 3/14/15 3F OG last night and it was totally flat. First time that has happened to me.

Wondering if anyone else has tried that batch?
