I'm confused by this graphic on Lambikstoempers - am I supposed to store and serve it upright?

This is enamel-stripping. Still doesn't touch their Experimental Raspberry though, which to date is the most sour beer I have ever tasted.

Got a bottle of Experimental Raspberry this weekend. Reviews were not terribly enthusiastic, but this feedback seems promising. Can't wait to open it.

My preferred method of preparing a Boon bottle for consumption is by following the first graphic on the left. A rousing game of spin the bottle with your tasting group always sets the right mood.
 
Perhaps they are saying it's ready for consumption now, no aging required? Gonna lay it horizontally anyways, zero fuxx given.
It certainly is ready for consumption. Delicious. I've got 2 more bottles laid down for opening at 4 years and 6 years. I'd like to see where it goes with age on it and I am storing my bottles horizontally because it creates more cellar space that way.

I think you are correct. The text on the label mentions that this bottle has been aged in their own cellar and is already ready for consumption.

All bottles of geuze come "pre-aged" though. One would presume that, unlike ridiculous beers with a 'best after' date (Deschutes), geuze is ready for opening immediately upon release from the brewery's cellar. I still think the graphic refers to storage conditions, but it's really unclear.

Mûre Tilquin - first trial (9 photos)
We are very happy to announce that we launched yesterday a trial for a new fruit lambic beer. Indeed, yesterday we get 957 kg of blackberries (mûres in french) from Germany. These were slightly frozen to guarantee the quality. These 957kg were set in a tank of 2000 liters, with lambics of 1 year old. At this stage, we do not know how long they will stay in the tank and what will be the final dilution with 2 years old lambics.

Today we are testing the final blend of the forthcoming "Mûre Tilquin à l'ancienne" (blackberry lambic). The chosen dilution has 35% of fruits. Cheers!
