Alright. I finally had a lambic. It was lindemans framboise a couple weeks ago and I thought it was good not great. I heard that it's turrible from a friend and I need to try some good ones. Where do I start? What's an easily attainable good lambic?
The best and easiest for you to find will be Hannsens, Lindeman's Cuvee Rene, and Oud Beersel Oude Gueuze.

Sorry, man, that's the best you're going to have. Best to stick with IPAs.

Yet you were the first person to mention something that has caused that screnshot. They were just mentioning locally attainable stuff...

How in the cluck is Viggy more expensive than Fou?

I have had the Lindemans Cuvee I liked that a lot. I love sours, just havent broadened into lambics because of the crazy things i have to give up to get one. Ive seen them at shops where I used to live ill just track them down when im there for christmas. thanks for the replies though!

The bar by my house has a 375 of 2007 Mariage Parfait (to-go). How's this drinking lately?

That seems like a nice price for a 750 de cAm. I need more de cam in the cellar but I have heard such up and down things about recent stuff that it's hard to drop serious coin on some

Isn't this all still the same ****** bottling of Oude Lambiek that was bad/oxidized/whatever? I had a bottle of it, it was like a $40 bottle, it was bad. Not surprising to me they've dropped the shelf prices, that's a pricy piece of inventory.

can ya grab me one? i wont judge you ;)
I'll let ya know next time I'm going back and grab one if they have it

What store?
It's down by the shore in CT, if ur near there shoot me a message I'll tell u. Last time i told someone about some supply at a store they bought it all out and continue to do so

Never ever give up your spots. Offer to help through picking it up but never give up names.

I never clear a place out, bottle or two at a time for me. I saw that you are from Windsor so I was hoping someplace close.

Any tips for getting a falling apart cork out of a bottle? I have a 6 yr old Cantillon Iris I'm itching to crack open this NYE. Not sure what condition the cork is in, but best to be prepared, amirite?
