I doubt it will get very "whale-y". It will be rare in the sense that Girardin Bierpalletiers is rare. Not a ton of bottles (1400 for the Girardin) but no real recognition or desire to have. The Boon is somewhere in the range of 2000 bottles.
For anyone interested, there were 2,665 bottles of Boon Cuvee Lambikstoemper. Did a little research.

had a 2013 cantillon classic last night, very oak forward. was bottled in december 2013. the 375 i had back in april i remember being young but not as oaky. this may be a good vintage, at least that bottling date.
bottle format and spcific date please, I think i might have a few of them

I have a serious problem with 3 Fonteinen corks shooting out. It's come to the point where no matter what conditions the bottle was stored in, I have my hand on the cork before I undo the cage. And I open them outside. I'm tired of bottles making love explosion on my countertops.

Golden Blends are especially volatile. Out of the 3 or 4 I've opened.

Feel free to send all your 3F bottles to me then <3

A coworker was going to Brussels, so I told him to goto Cantillon if he had time (and warned him that it wouldn't taste like beer he's used to). He did some beer tasting/tour in the city one night and wasn't planning on going... until he lost his passport and had some time to kill. His thoughts:

i have some opinions on lambic beer
mainly that i think it's gross
especially that they make it by their "spontaneous" fermentation
it also tastes like beer gone bad or something
but i did find the best beer ever, which was a trappist beer - westmalle triple
it just seems like a bad idea
to let everything happen naturally
with the spider webs everywhere
it just... doesn't taste good to me
