I hate that, for some reason, 160 euro actually sounds reasonable to me for a Framboos + raspberry garbage.

The Belgian Sour selection seems like a much better "deal" to me than the "Hey, buy all these raspberry beers we can't sell with your Framboos" package.
...****, you're right. It's not exactly a good "deal" but it's now extremely tempting to go ahead and order that. Luckily I'm on the West Coast so I have good old customs to persuade me otherwise.

It makes you sorta silly. Isn't Framboos being distributed here? It probably won't be much harder to get in stores or trade for than Homage was.

Those are my thoughts exactly. I was fortunate enough to get one on the (relative) cheap from Etre, and i'm betting i'll find another stateside as long as I pay attention.

I'm sooooo #newmoney and I'm not afraid to admit it. I wanted the Belgian Sour Box....only because I wanted to sip on a Lou Pepe on my wedding day (4/16). unfortunately, I can't make the purchase. sigh.

I'm definitely #newmoney, too, but I don't think this deal is so bad. It's got 2 bottles that I really want (St. Lam and LPG) and several other bottles that I already know I like. Combine this with low euro and the concern that customs may be clamping down permanently and I think this totally defensible.

Note: This is just me prepping for the spousal conversation when another box arrives on our porch.

I don't ever remember seeing Hommage anywhere, but then again, that might just be due to geographical inconvenience.

Had one of the Framboos boxes in the cart but...just could not pull the trigger. Between all the recent Crooked Stave releases and random Casey bottles I'm able to find in Denver, just couldn't justify it. Oh well, guess I'll just drink my case of Petite Sour Raspberry instead.

1. I'm definitely silly

2. I'm in Texas with 0 lambic distribution

3. Said I wanted to. Told myself I'd decide after the gym if they were still there. Thankfully they both sold out in that timeframe so I get to save my money.

I guess I'm the only one who got more excited about the weird De Vlier package than either of the overpriced sour packages. #belgianbeerhipster

In my defense I just came back from Belgium with a suitcase of St Lam and LPG that I paid €8 each for and so have less motivation to pay € 35 for them.

That's bizarre. I have a BiaB box that was shipped Friday, and according to the BPost tracking, it's headed to NY.
In your case, I hope it's an error in the tracking site?

It's possible that it is wrong, as the first email they sent me had the wrong tracking number since it was attempted for delivery in Oakland. Maybe this second one is wrong too...
