i lagered a batch of pilsner around 50d (still trying to figure out my igloo lager box lol) i have a little over a whole month of fermenting and time in the bottles. i took a couple bottles out and noticed stuff floating around in them so i stuck one in the fridge and drank the other floaties and all lol. after the one in the fridge cooled down to fridge temp (no idea what that is lol cold though) the beer was clear and no floaties.
the hot one i opened was a gusher instant foam all over the counter etc. had a thick head in the glass it almost seemed over primed. but the one in the fridge had the oppisit effect no gushing when opened and very little head in the glass. (its far from being done bottle conditioning i know) now my question is should i be letting the bottles condition in a cold enviroment (ie: fridge or cooler) or are they ok at room tempeture? around 75f
