Put a stout in a keg to carb and apparently didn't catch that it was barely leaking. It carbed up but I guess it slowly leaked out all of my gas. Now here's my question. How long do you think the beer will stay good in the barely leaking leg? I fear the ever so slowly oxygen seeping in will oxidize it. I'm leaving on vacation this afternoon for a week and won't be able to get a new keg until after that. Anyone have any experience with this situation? Btw the other kegs are fine and I hooked up my spare tank and shut off the valve for the leaky keg.

O2 seeping into a leaking keg purged with co2?

If there was ever a rdwhahb moment.

Go on vacation. Have fun. Your beer will not oxidize. Now, will it still be properly carbonated when you get back? That's another story.

Thanks. I was really over thinking diffusion principles. I'll have a good time now not worrying about it.
