So I made my second all grain batch last night and made a few errors. I accidentally chilled my wort before boiling with hops. By the time I was done boiling it was 3am and I had to be at work at 8. So I decided to go to bed and leave the wort sitting in the boil pot. I didn’t get home till 6pm the next day to pitch the yeast that I had also left out. The wort also looked rather strange to me. Idk if it’s because it was my first time using whirlfloc. I would like to know if this batch is fobar at this point.

Bingo!

While that's a rather graphic example, the conglomerative power of whirlfloc gathers all kinds of proteinous trubby stuff together so it'll drop better.
If it smells and tastes ok, go ahead and put it in a fermentor and pitch it...

Cheers!
