I brewed and extract with specialty grains autumn amber ale over 3 weeks ago. 10 days in the primary, and 2 weeks in secondary. i got a fairly high og of 1.050 and checked my gravity today and got 1.010. I wouldn't think it will get any lower than that but there airlock is still bubbling some. Does this mean its not complete? Help please

Take a reading three days in a row (or every 2 days). If it stays the same, you're done. The bubbling means nothing - CO2 is escaping, perhaps due to pressure changes in the air, perhaps by vibration of the fermenter, whatever - it means nothing. The hydrometer staying the same for several days in a row is the only way to know it's done.

And 1.010 is a good FG, so you're very, very close!
