Beer was brewed March 7th and I won't be able to bottle it til at least May 10th it's a 1.066 OG porter which makes me feel better since dark beers get better with age. The lid has NOT been removed since yeast was added. 3/4lb of honey was added a week ago through the airlock hole with hopes of giving the yeast some food so they stay alive longer. Main concern is oxidation (because of the plastic I know I'd be fine in glass). Anyone have actual experience with this? I'll let everyone know how it turns out so they can learn something. Cheers brew on
