I am building a BIAB Electric Brewery in my basement and things are going pretty well. I am building my on own 220v PID Controller following George Duncan's detailed instructions on youtube (he's awesome BTW). I'm sure I'll have more questions along the way but the big one today how to I go about installing the temp probe in my brew kettle? I'm searching for hardware that will assist me with this. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Do yourself a favor and use the Auber DSPR120 brain instead of the Inkbird. While you're over there at auberins.com, check out the water tight RTD temperature probes which will make it very easy to install the probe.
