Anybody have any experience with one of these?

From their web site:

"In-Line CO2 Purifier
Removes contaminants often found
in CO2 gas and prevents off-tastes
and aromas from spoiling draft beer.
CO2 cylinders may not have been
properly cleaned before re-filling.
Placing a CO2 purifier in the system
ensure optimum results."

Has anybody experienced the problem they want to solve here? Or is this another obsession-oriented accessory that isn't really needed?

I mean really. How dirty does the inside of a CO2 tank really get?

I'll admit I own one, I'm just a bit paranoid about the exchange CO2 tanks- even though CO2 is CO2- it seems to work just fine but I don't know if it's doing anything for me. It is interesting that when I purchased my CO2 tank from my local welding supply I got a tank that was recently purchased from B3- still with the UPC and part number on the tank.
