I'm putting a seltzer system in an office environment (this is different from my previous thread about home installs).

I'm really looking for advice on chillers. It seems like the standard water chiller used in a commercial environment is around $1200, which is kind of expensive. Why would I go with this unit over an Elkay or Everpure unit from Amazon? Any advice appreciated.

This is the standard two-product chiller. By running a two product, I can easily chill beer for if we have parties at the office, or at least that's my plan. Feel free to tear it apart because that's why I'm posting!

Here is my general setup:

McCann BigMac
Taps are all soda except hot which is a Lucky
Planning on a 5 lbs. CO2 cylinder
ice is from a refrigerator
filter is from WateRx
