making my first cider in many years. Any experience with this yeast?

I pitched it last night into 5 gal of cider from my local orchard. Not much happening yet after 20 hours. Not sure how fast it will kick into action. I think that is ok though.

Mine showed a little activity the next day, but really started going on the second day. It seemed like a slow fermenter. It just calmed down recently. I haven't checked gravity yet.
