Who does water think it is anyway? Every beer I drink is like, 95% water. Why so many water forward beers? I decided to do something about it.

Here's my fermenter, pre-pitching. All hop additions will be dry hop after FG is reached. OG is off the scale. Hydrometer just kind of...sat there.
 
Wonder if this style reduces the chance for infections to set in?
I hear the bug problem is worse though.

Are you planning to secondary that? I think it will really help meld the flavors together, though I don't think it's going help with the clarity.
If you do a closed system transfer, you might want to up the pressure a little higher than normal. You know, just to get it moving.

Oh, don't forget to make sure your FG is stable for 3 days. You don't want any bottle bombs. :mug:
 
Cool!!! After a few glasses of that brew... I won't be running to the bathroom with a full bladder any more ( ;
