Sorry i didnt introduce myself. My name is Dustin and I've just started brewing this year (aug-sept) and already made roughly 16 gals of beer, cider and mead. My parents call me a beer snob because i'll dont drink the cheapest thing on the shelf. I'm glad i finally got into brewing which i always wanted (when i turned 21) qand have this site if i have any issues or questions what the hell to do.

I used to live around FM 1960 and FM 149, I lived in Houston for 20 years.

I've lived here all my life in the North West side. Technically not in houston but close enough. I'm excited for all the new breweries popping up in Texas and i must try them all
