I've been lurking here for some time pulling all sorts of useful information from P-J's posts about electric brew controllers. Now that my single tier, three kettle brewery is operational, I thought I might hop on and say hello and thank you to everyone here.

I've been brewing for five years or so but really got pulled into this cool hobby in order to get fresh HefeWeizen. Mission accomplished as George would say.
