3 gallons traditional -first batch of mead I've made 9%alc
3 gallons traditional-second batch a bit sweeter then the first 11%alc
6 gallons plum mead 7.5%alc dry
6 gallons traditional OG of 1.140~ current gravity 1.024 hoping it goes down because its too sweet right now. Still slowly fermenting.

6 gallons of cranberry melomel, 5.5 gallons of cherry melomel, 6 gallons of traditional mead, 6 gallons of traditional cyser that will get spiced later.

431.45 + 23.5 gallons = 454.95(455 gallons)

I'm using my normal traditional recipe, but replacing 32oz/G water with a bottle of Lakewood not from concentrate, no preservatives juice. It's the dry yeast of fruit additions. They say a bottle is equivalent to the juice of 3# of fruit.
