8 gallons - Belgian Pilsner (fermented with WLP815 lager yeast)
8 gallons - Winter Helles Lager (split batch - 4 gallons fermented with Imperial Yeast Pilgrimage (Andechs) yeast and 4 gallons fermented with WLP815 Belgian (Stella Artois) yeast)
8 gallons - West Coast IPA (fermented with Escarpment Labs Vermont yeast)
7 gallons - NEIPA (fermented with Escarpment Labs Foggy London yeast

= 4,354.5 + 31 = New Total 4,385.5
 
Looks like I won't brew again until after the first, so I might as well add mine to the list -

Belgian Tripel
Belgian Golden Ale
Black IPA
Brut IPA
Chocolate Milk Stout
English IPA
Belgian Blond
Christmas Stout

All five gallon batches, so 4678.25 + 45 = 4,723.25 gallons.
 
72.5 gallons over 15 sessions. Made the jump to all grain with the addition of the Ss Brewtech SVBS in October and completed a 2.5 gallon BIAB last week to develop an all grain Amber ale recipe. Overall assessment for 2023 was linear and positive. Looking forward to developing Brown ale and IPA recipes in 2024 and refining my process.
