well i boiled my 10 gallon batch of brown rice stout a bit over my target...it was 15lb's rahr pale, 1.5lb's roast barley, 8 oz's black patent, 1 lb cara vienna, 2lb's brown rice, 4oz's 60L..hopeing the caravienna ties it together better because i really liked my last one but it was kind of a strong break between light and dark without something lighter...i could add 9.68 gallons, but i'll just call it an even 10! (oh got a 1.064 OG for it, not too bad)
