damn it! if i had some raisins i would have thrown them into my oat malt dark beer!!!

~19lbs oat malt, 1.5lbs chocolate malt...(unfortanatly every time i brew with oat malt, i have to dope it with table sugar..., so 3.5lbs of that in a ten gallon batch...

but anyway mostly grain based sweet liquid, that will be converted to alcohol...yeast pitch is done!

Was able to drag my rear out of bed for an eeeeaaaarly brew day. Started at 4:15am; finished and cleaned up by 8:30am. I may end up doing this more often, because I can be done in time to have breakfast with the kids.

Anyway, 6871 gallons + 5 gallons Fat Siegfried amber (based on @Yooper's Fat Sam, but with a pound of Munich)

= 6876 gallons
