I haven't contributed to the data this year. To date, I've brewed 120 gallons. So 6,665?

5 gallons Oatmeal Raisin Stout

6721 gallons

damn it! if i had some raisins i would have thrown them into my oat malt dark beer!!!

~19lbs oat malt, 1.5lbs chocolate malt...(unfortanatly every time i brew with oat malt, i have to dope it with table sugar...:(, so 3.5lbs of that in a ten gallon batch...

but anyway mostly grain based sweet liquid, that will be converted to alcohol...yeast pitch is done!

6721+10=6731

6721+10=6731

6731+5.5 gallons of Gose= 6736.5

+5 gallons Citra/Sabro (brewery name: Sabrotooth)
+5 gallons Cherry/Apple Hard Cider on Kveik

6858 + 10=6868

(and thanks @GoodTruble for that .5 gallon of wit, I have a great dislike of decimal points) (also integers and anything asking me to find the value of x)
6858 + 3 gallons Italian Pils

=6861
Shud be 6868 + 3 = 6871

Was able to drag my rear out of bed for an eeeeaaaarly brew day. Started at 4:15am; finished and cleaned up by 8:30am. I may end up doing this more often, because I can be done in time to have breakfast with the kids.

Anyway, 6871 gallons + 5 gallons Fat Siegfried amber (based on @Yooper's Fat Sam, but with a pound of Munich)

= 6876 gallons
