well, thought...damn i only have 30lb's of pale malt, need to stretch it out a couple weeks, so this was my recipe. 15lb's pale, 1lb 60L, 2.5lb's white flour. pulled 10 gallons of 1.061 wort out of it...

5664+10=5674
 
Don't think I've posted in the 2020 thread yet... but as of next weekend I'm at 200 gallons this year.

Call it 5712.5+200

5912.5 gallons
 
Sorry - just have to ask how everyone on this page has brewed over 5000 gallons? These must be lifetime numbers and not 2020. Still amazingly impressive!

I am almost embarrassed to say that yesterday I only kegged my 40th gallon of the year. I will keep at it though!
