Hop Suisse
Nothing to do with hopheads, “Hop Suisse” simply means Go Switzerland (Hopp Schwiiz in Swiss German).
Based in Geneva, I’m starting all grain, all electric, pressure fermentation and bottling. My choices are based on lack of space as I will be brewing from the laundry room.
I have ordered the Grainfather and the Fermzilla. My first brew is to be a hefeweizen although I have not started researching a recipe yet. Any advice would be very welcome.
Also still trying to understand the whole CO2 business. Could not find resources on the setup. This will probably be one of my first posts.
Cheers!
