I have an IPA mashing right now . Pick my hop schedule from the following hops and I'll use the one I like best. By the way, I'm looking to use up as much cascade as possible. By the looks of my plants I'll end up with a good 3 lb to use over the next year.

The IPA is 4lb MO, 8lb 2 row, .5lb carapils and C40. US05 yeast

Chinook
Cascade
Columbus
Nugget
Wilamatte
Citra
Simcoe
Galaxy
Amarillo

Cascade 60 minutes
Cascade 30 minutes
Cascade 10 minutes
Cascade 5 minutes
Cascade 0 minutes
Cascade dry hop

You did say you wanted to use as much Cascade as possible...... ;)

Right you are! Last time I did all cascade and mostly basemalt, my beer came out tasting like grapefruit juice.

30 min left. Get those hop schedules in!

Bittered w 3 oz cascade and an oz of chinook. Rest of my hop schedule will go as follows

15 min 1oz cascade
Whirlpool 2 oz citra, 1 oz chinook, 2 oz amarillo
