Hey all,
Started homebrewing on a whim and desire to have large amounts of beer available cheaply back in Sept. Well, now I have a problem, I've been introduced to about 500 things I want to try in brewing haha.
Have my first ever brew, a porter in bottles, and drinking now, and my 2nd a pale ale done with cascade hops just finishing fermentation now.
The only problem now...is I want to brew some of this apfelwine stuff, and some barley wine, and a bit of mead, and get myself a fridge, and some kegs, and make the jump to AG and crank out a really nice lager this winter.
So much for large amounts of cheap beer, but having a blast as I empty my wallet
