I recently had a friend hand draw out a logo with me and my buddys "brewery" name and we wanted to get it onto printed bottle labels. From those who went this route, what did you find as the easiest way to get it from paper to a file where you could have it printed off. I know I could just scan it onto the computer but as far as going from paper to label I'm not really sure what process to take. Thanks for the help.

Photoshop,paint.net,beer labelizer are a few that you can use to put pics or artwork on a label. Paint.net is an updated version of microsoft paint with some PS features. Beer labelizer is $5 for premium label usage,but is easy & looks good. It has labels that are made for pics/artwork.
So just,scan into your pic folder,make the label,& browse your folder from the program to get a pic or artwork to upload onto the label.
Here's one I made with paint.net;
