I dropped a straw into the fermenter, I was using it under my cone so the wort wouldn't burp up. Slipped inside, is it ok to leave in there for weeks? Any recommendations?

Like a standard plastic drinking straw? Assuming you sanitized it first, it shouldn't be a problem. And even if you didn't, it's probably too late to do anything about it, i.e. I wouldn't bother trying to fish it out.

Alright. So a little bit more of honesty.... the straw was from my fiancés bachelorette party.... it was in the shape of a penis... and it was light blue colored.... i shall now call this beer, Blue Ballz

usually you'd use the siphon to suck the beer out after you're done fermenting...that one looks hard to prime.
There may be a way to get the straw to stand up, but I wouldn't know.
