Hi, I'm new to all this stuff. My first batch is still in the secondary (Apple Wine from Granny Smiths!) and I am enjoying my new hobby and expanding my collection of equipment! This site seems to have the most to offer out of all the homebrew forums I have come across. Thanks for all the good info.
