Hello all,
My brewmie and I have a nice little system we just started going on in our basement. He does mead and wine, while I do beer.
I used to do Mr. Beer kits and was incredibly disappointed every time. About two weeks ago I decided that enough was enough, I wanted to switch to all grain. It's amazing how much you can learn in such a little stretch of time. In those two weeks I have started a 5 gal batch of Chocolate Milk Stout, and yesterday I started my 5 gal Rye IPA.
Mean while my roommate has over 10 gal on different meads going. And two gal on hard cider.
