Hello all I just started brewing 3 months ago. I’ve made a 1 gallon batch of honey mead, 3 gallons of an apple cyser and 5 gallons of an Irish red ale, All turned out well so at the moment I have 3 gallons of blood orange cinnamon and raisin brewing. I’m here to learn and contribute as much as my limited knowledge and experience will allow me. My biggest want in hobbies is to find ways to not waste money and pass that on to others to help learn from others mistakes. My plans are endless to make meads and a few beer batches hope to meet you all in conversations.
