Hi, Thought it was time to say hello.
Been lurking and reading for a while.
Bottling my first brew tomorrow.
Really looking forward to it.
An ipa brewkit , added spraymalt, hops (boiled with spraymalt and dry) , swapped the yeast for us-05 , fermented for 14 days at 20°. Just hoping for something drinkable. 😉
