Jumped back into the home brewing game after a 5 year break - actually this is my second time getting back into the hobby. Things have sure changed from when I started to brewing back in the early Nineties.
I've been getting myself back up to speed by performing site searches - WOW what a wealth of information here!!!
Bottled a American Pale Ale last week and I'm going to brew an another American Pale Ale (similar recipe but added orange zest and coriander) tomorrow and then I'm bottling an Oatmeal Stout on Sunday.
