Hi all.
Glad to be here.
I began a new journey. Today I started my very first batch of wine. Many decades ago, I tried my hand at brewing beer. Mostly crap as my goal was to make it as strong as possible without regard for taste. As I have began to gray, I have also matured, in terms of taste anyway, I hope.
At some point, I hope to gain enough knowledge to be able to help those who come after me with the same questions I will eventually ask myself.
