Activated my smack pack Friday by yesterday morning it inflated about half way but to make sure I'd have good yeast I made a 1000 ml starter its my only my 3rd starter and it's on a stir plate wanted to get some thoughts hopin to brew this afternoon a California common og should only b like 1.041 nothing big

It's hard to read a steady block of text without any punctuation, so I hope I understand what you're asking.

A 1000 ml starter for an 1.041 OG beer should be fine, especially if the yeast is a bit sluggish at the beginning.

Haha ya dry bout the rambling early morning worries + hangover. Fermentation seems be a bit sluggish but it appears to b taking off. Hope to c some kruesen when I get home from work thnx for the quick reply apply appreciate it!!!
