Anyone know a recipe for homebrewed coffe (ferment not coffee pot).
Thought id try something new,iv made a wine from tea that turned out great thought id try coffee.

Seems like it would be extremely bitter without some barley. Not trying to shoot you down, I love off the wall ideas.

Could add some kinda syrup to back sweeten maybe Hersheys idk kinda make a moca . Will cream curdle when added to liqueur? if pasteurized might be able to add after the fermentation. *off the wall idea :p*

Fermentation already occurs before the beans are roasted so the recipe would have to include a fermentable base.
I've made a tasty coffee stout.

What? Explain. I have seen a coffee wine. Google it
I roast my own coffee too and have been thinking about trying it.

2.5 lbs brown sugar for a 1 gallon batch?!? That is some rocket fuel and a lot of fermentables.
