Hello everyone. At the beginning of this year I started making mead and have already gone down the rabbit hole of finding new recipes and planning out seasonal flavors. I started off with the basics, a traditional and a cyser. And since I had another carboy lying around I decided to give tea a try. Honestly the version made with tea was the most enjoyable. Ready to start trying new recipes and learn how to balance flavors.
