Long-time lurker... this place rocks. I hope to contribute mightily someday. 4th batch fermenting currently... my first AG (BIAB). Could not have done it without you guys, seriously. First 3 batches were extract w/steeping grains, all recipes I formulated on beersmith with help from Jamil's Brewing Classic Styles. All tasted great! Will be doing 2 more BIAB AG brews in a week or so.
