I have gleaned a lot of knowledge from Homebrewtalk already thanks to various threads appearing in Google searches.

I brewed my first batch in early 2006, but I continue to do extract (full wort boils) due to happiness with the overall quality of my beers and not wanting to push my wife's car entirely out of the garage. I do plan to switch to all grain in the next year. I keg, and I ferment in a modified dorm-style fridge.

I look forward to officially learning and taking part in the discussions here.

Welcome, I'm also in JAX, do you shop at just brew it?

I do. The new Beaches location is slightly more convenient for me now, but I somehow ended up in both shops last week.

I haven't been to the beaches location yet, but was told that it is more of a "satellite" shop. To be honest, I doubt I'll make a trip out to the beach just for that reason since I live in St. Augustine and the Roselle location seems a tad more convenient. Do you go to any of the homebrew club meetings?

The beaches location is very much a satellite location, but Walter and Ken said that if I call a day ahead of time they can transfer whatever I may need or want to that location.

The CASK meetings are a great place to get good feedback and meet some likeminded folks, but unfortunately I haven't been to one for a few months. We're planning on going to the November meeting though.
