FT: Surly Five ISO:Kegging equip

I have a bottle of Surly Five that has been cellared since I purchased it. I was hoping my pallate may change and I'd enjoy sours. I don't think that's going to happen. I'm looking to get into Kegging, and would like some equipment for this bottle. At this time all I have is a CO2 tank and a fridge.
