I have not figured out what happened yet but it is frozen. I will let it thaw and see what happens.
Anyone know if it will be an issue?
Do I have to repitch yeast?
I think it was probably done anyhow but want to add dry hop additions.

Let the beer warm gradually. Gently rouse the yeast after it is warmed to your fermentation temperature. Take a hydrometer reading a few days after that and another a few days later to confirm whether or not the fermentation is done. Dry hop when the beer begins clearing.

The beer is most likely okay.

It is chugging away again. I was in a rush so used a kit and did not bother with an OG reading. Now I wish I took the reading.

Almost always the OG will be as stated in the recipe if all the fermentables were used and the volume in the fermentor is correct. Sometimes one recipe builder will use a different PPG than another recipe builder which can result in OG discrepancies. But the OG will be close.
