I'm putting together a kegerator......Do I need flow control faucets? Are they a good investment or a waste of money?

Just put flow control faucets on a recent build and I'm wondering how/why I lived without them! I'll be replacing my nice standard Perlicks on the older build in the very near future with flow control faucets. Why putz around with line length when you can much more easily have infinite control right at your fingertips???

As an aside, I purchased Perlick 690s for this recent build (flow control and creamer functions) and I sent them back and replaced them with Intertap flow control faucets. The creamer function was useless in my current setup and I actually found the perlicks to be problematic with regard to finding the off/neutral position. Loving the Intertaps so far...
