Hello! Another newbie question...
I'm in my secondary right now, letting my beer (pale ale kit by Baron's) clarify while I'm away for the next week.
A lot of the sediment is settling, which is great, but I've still got some undissolved hops is suspension, which actually seem to be rising to the surface.
Will these just take longer to settle, or should I try straining them as I bottle? I plan to siphon Ito my bottling bucket as I prime rather than putting sugar in each bottle, so that would be a good time to strain, I'd think.
