I have finally done it! With the help of this forum I have finally made the jump to kegging my cider. I made a basic cider with store bought juice, corn sugar and honey; essentially Apfelwein with an extra pound of honey and Nottingham yeast instead of Montrachet.
I stilled it with K-meta and K-sorbate, put it in the keg and hit it with the gas. I needed to fill four bottles with cider to take to a family event tomorrow and when I tested the batch it was still undercarbed so I came back here and found out how to force carb by shaking the keg. I then used the BMBF to filled the 32 oz. bottles and it worked beautifully.
This forum has been a great resource and so far I have found answers to every question I have had just using the search function.
Thanks HBT!
