Greetings!
My first gallon batch of cyser has been fermenting for the last 5 weeks + . Just checked on it and noticed it's all clear, and I noticed a bubble out of the airlock but there doesn't seem to be much going on inside. I've attatched a couple of pictures.
Two questions:
1) Is it possible the sediment at the bottom is honey that didn't get mixed well or is it definitely yeast byproduct?
2) Should I let primary continue for at least 1.5 months?

Thanks in advance.

That looks like Apple lees to me. I would transfer to a secondary at this point and let it keep going for awhile.

Amazing that it's so clear so quickly.

Edit: at a second look, it looks as though there may be a layer of honey sitting on top of the lees but it's really hard to tell. Can you tilt the fermenter and see if there is a layer of viscious honey sitting at the bottom of the liquid?
